Time to wake up

Spring is finally here! It was a long good winter sleep and now it's time to wake up, feel the energy coming to your body again.

The Year 2012 has started with making plans for the next future..filling with love and optimistic thoughts. Don't have time for stop moving so just taking baby steps and building the things that can lead me closer to my dream.

I've been working on some totally new things for Gupla and hopefully these pieces will bring my world a little closer also to my art fans.

The scupture I'm working on has been standing on my table a while..I guess you just need to give enough time for some things to process them self and then let them blossom! You can't even thrust for your own feeling everytime..that's what art is all about, uncertainty.

Moving on!

My newest project!

My first idea was just to take part in Restaurant Day.

I already had a history with selling waffles, so I decided to go with that-

Selling organic waffles with sweet and salty toppings!

I had also this idea of making the project more personal by mixing my art in it:

The idea is that the customer can also pay the waffle with used toys instead of cash and I will make use of them later in my art(interaction!).

The day was a success and the line was LONG. I already got some customers paying the waffle with a toy!

I realised that this needed to be done again..The Night of Art was a good day for that..I settled to Fredan Tori and was selling waffles after midday till 10pm.

So today is time to heat the waffle iron again..Punajuuri Blockfest is bringing some action and music to Punavuori, so Fredan Tori is a good place to attack!!
